There was no better way to start our days than by having a fantastic cooked breakfast with an amazing view before exploring a part of the country that looks like it came straight out of a fantasy novel. The room was beautiful and the views were amazing. There was an outside seating area and a hot tub which we didn’t use because the weather wasn’t so kind that day. However if the weather was permitting the views from the hot tub and seating area would have been outstanding

Nice location within the walking distance to Urquhart castle. It was a one night stay only and we never had a chance to meet Sarah, but she left us detailrd instructions and we had no difficulties with finding the room.
The beds were perfectly comfortable with many pillows and blankets. It was a bit small for 3 people, but we only were there for sleeping so it was fine.
The bathroom had all thr necessaries.

Bunchrew House Hotel is a gem, steeped in history with wonderful views surrounded by beautiful gardens and a fantastic welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Great B & B in Inverness, Garry met us on arrival and recommended some restaurants to go to, about 5-7 minute walk from the B & B. Free parking, which was great. The room was large and cosy. Great bathroom and shower. Tea and coffee facilities and choccies too. Just lovely. Fully cooked breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend.

There is nothing to not like! The room (307) is very pleasant and spacious. The view over the church to the river is beautiful and the location for exploring the area by car and on foot has been perfect. We have been able to save some money by going to M & S and buying groceries instead of eating out. The Australia dollar is worth half a pound so things seem quite expensive when you have to double the cost. After travelling the UK for almost 2 weeks, we also used the laundry.
