Superb location, overlooking the harbour and Kingsweir. Breakfast was excellent - full English beautifully cooked, hot and really good eggs - a point of ours as we have our own chickens. We had the top room (Crow's nest) with free standing bath - again lovely views. Excellent tea/coffee in-room facilities, lovely coffee and fresh milk - no little pots to open. Bathroom a little on the small side but all perfectly functional and clean. Julie & Jon are great hosts and make sure you are comfortable and offer lifts to and from Park and Ride as parking is difficult close to property.
