Great check-in process (I have had poor experiences with "non-contact" check-ins at several other apartments) = these guys nailed it without unnecessary complexity.
Great location for local shops, restaurants and literally across the road from the Convention Center.
Comfortable, spacious, pleasant space.
Large dining table, comfortable (large) sofa, very comfortable (firm) mattress, good shower and large bath. Two TVs and a fan were a nice touch.
Good, well stocked kitchen fascilites including a dishwasher plus the apartment provided a hairdryer and washing machine which could be very useful to some people.

From the start of our stay our host Robert was very friendly, carried my suitcase to our room, while explaining everything to us, the room was very clean, bed comfortable, tea/ coffee tray with everything you could want, fresh milk in a mini fridge on the landing, bottled water, exceptional breakfast, freshly cooked, Had a nice chat with Karen (Roberts wife), made sure you had everything you needed, Will definitely go again, close to local amenities, Bars, Restaurants, Tea rooms and more 👍😊

Absolutely stunning view from this cottage! It is right beside, almost underneath, the iconic and awe-inspiring Knaresborough viaduct, with the river quietly flowing below. And the view from the cottage in the evenibg is especially unbelievable! We have never had such a peacefully quiet, serene place outside our windows at night. The pink room is tastefully decorated with a super comfy bed and fluffy (not flat!) pillows.
Well-placed just 0.5 miles from central Harrogate, Scotia House is directly opposite the Harrogate International Conference Centre.

Beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. Very thoughtful gifts left. Everything you will need is within the caravan. Quan is a very friendly host who makes you feel very welcome. Very quiet location but within easy reach of local amenities. My children loved playing in the water.
