The apartment was modern and bright. The beds were very comfortable. The showers worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. It was spotless apart from two baking trays in the oven which had obviously just been overlooked when the cleaning had been done. There was on-site free parking. It was very quiet - we couldn't hear noises from adjoining apartments. It's a few minutes by car from the centre of Welwyn Garden City. It could probably be walked in 10 minutes. Communications with the owners were efficient - using Booking.com's messaging system. Would recommend.

Great Place ! Excellent location! Cleanliness is from 95% Staffs - Professional and Humanly (take note of the capital PnH, that's the gravity felt). Communication - Awesome!
