Easy to find and plenty of room for parking, greeted in a very friendly way, shown round and made to feel at home, advice given on were to eat and drink in the local area. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was delicious. The garden is lovely shame it was raining whilst we stayed.

Lovely warm welcome from Donna from the very minute we arrived. Great communication prior to arriving to the B&B.
The coast house location only short walk from the beach front, set in charming little Village. The B&B had a nice cosy feeling, just like been at home 😁decor had a lovely country feel. We enjoyed hydro pool facilities. Watching squirrels fed in pretty garden during breakfast. Breakfast was deliciousness!

The location is perfect, there is a Tesco express and pub practically next door, which is very convenient. The property is just outside the main town of Bognor Regis in the village of Felpham which is only a few minutes drive from the main seaside facilities. Room was absolutely spotless with all the self catering facilities provided. Friendly staff, nice bright room and bathroom with shower, always kept warm and the king size bed was very comfortable. Own parking space was a big bonus. All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

Everything was ideal, the house has all that you would need, and is very comfortable and warm to stay in in winter. The children enjoyed the path to the sea at the back of the house and we enjoyed having a look at the books on the coast that were left in the living room. The house is well located for the sea and Felpham village, and its not a long walk to Bognor along the seafront. We wish we could have stayed longer.
The local was great, walking distance to the beach, Felpham village & restaurants. The property is so pretty, it is like an oasis of calm & serenity. The trees & foliage shaded the patio which was ideal in the UK heatwave.
