A lovely location - an ancient Mill House on the banks of a river in an archetypal Wiltshire village. Michael, the host (and an excellent one at that!) is well established here and and it's fortunate he has decided to share! The rooms are very individual and all well appointed. The only meal available is breakfast but everything is available to individual taste and Michael cooks the Full English himself if you fancy that! We had dinner in the local, The Boot Inn (another excellent venue) both nights we stayed - it's literally just 5 minutes walk away at the other end of the village.
With a lovely 17th-century rustic country pub/restaurant directly across the road, Stonehenge Cottages are set in a picturesque village within a 10-minute drive of Stonehenge and Salisbury Cathedral.

I was absolutely blown away by this stunning B&B! It is a truly gorgeous house and the bedroom was huge, super comfortable, wonderfully quiet and amazingly clean. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had away from home, all local produce and cooked perfectly. I had stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Berlin the night before - I prefer Marshwood Farm! The host was so welcoming and lovely, I felt like I was coming to stay with old friends!
I am busy working out other reasons for visiting the area in order to come and stay again, this time with friends and family!

We stayed in the Eden Pod which was very cute. Excellent decking with awnings to sit out, picknick table in the mini garden and hedges full of birds! Great showers and everything spotless. Went for a lovely leafy walk to the nearby village in the evening. Coffee and hot croissants in the morning just made this one of our best stays this trip.
Our host made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was good and the house very homely, with a fascinating history and a lovely garden. We loved the view from the bedroom window and even saw a barn owl fly by. The Millhouse is in a quiet location in a lovely village with a delightful walk by the river to the pub.
Excellent location in the country side, in a small village, very quiet.
The house has a beautiful garden, the room was comfortable and pleasant.
Cooked breakfast was nice, fresh ingredients and quite a choice in cereal.
In a beautiful location, and an unique property. The host Martin is a true gent who cooks an absolutely first class breakfast. There is also a nice friendly country pub in the village in walking distance who serves good food.
