Breakfast was excellent, tasty and beautifully cooked. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Facilities were very good, comfy bed and reasonable shower. We were able to have an evening meal in the pub despite not booking in advance. Food was excellent. Pub is situated in a lovely quiet village slightly off the beaten track so very little traffic noise. Even the locals were friendly.
Friendly, traditional village inn and restaurant, close to the M1 - exactly what we were looking for. Owners/staff were super friendly and made our stay really enjoyable. Food - breakfast and dinner were excellent.
