Very clean, big rooms, beautiful building full of history + All the necessary appliances. Kitchen appliances in particular were very new. Everything! Our hosts were incredible, the house is amazing and the location is perfect for exploring this area. We were on a 5 week tour of the UK and Europe and this was our last stop and easily the best place we stayed in. The village of Cruelly is beautiful with lots of history. A grocery store is 2 min drive and you are close to all the major D-day sites. The house is very big and has a great kitchen, laundry (a must!), Big bedrooms and a very nice back garden. Our hosts responded to all our questions very quickly and it's clear they care a lot about their property and their guests. I would stay here again in a second if we happened to be visiting this area again.

We’ve had such a wonderful stay with Berenice. We stayed in the gite with 2 young children (4 & 1 year old) and they enjoyed it very much too. The house has everything you need and the art gives it a lot of personality. The house has a garden to relax and play in. Location is perfect: very quiet when you’re there, but a perfect location to explore the surroundings and the d-day beaches. Berenice is a wonderful host, she welcomed us with open arms and even brought us croissants and baguettes from the bakery every morning. We will definitely be back here when we’re visiting the area again.
