Excellent bakery next door and were made very welcome at L'Epicerie Gourmande. Very comfortable apartment with good views and relaxing terrace. Interesting modern conversion, providing modern facilities in an interesting building conversion. Particularly comfortable beds and good window coverage, ensured a good night's sleep. Everything you need, including bed linen and towels. Thoughtfully kitted out apartment to make your stay as easy as possible. Good parking arrangements, using the hotel car park opposite the apartment. Very responsive and helpful host.wish we'd had longer here.

Fantastic location with just a short walk into the town with its many restaurants and attractions. The room was extremely well equipped with modern decor and amenities, patio doors open out onto a secluded garden with private seating and table. The breakfast area and caves give the property a uniqueness that adds to the experience. The breakfast itself is locally sourced and very well presented. The secure parking is a bonus when travelling with a fully loaded car.
It's fun to walk around the garden and check out the punky chickens and the wishing tree.

Absolutely loved the stay in this little restaurant / shop. Set in a small village, and just a few steps from Chateau Villandry, the two rooms here have been beautifully laid out and renovated. We also had lunch and drinks at the épicerie which was excellent - highly recommend if staying in Villandry. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our week’s stay in the Loire Valley too!
The property is very close to the Château de Villandry. We didn’t cook there but it would be possible. There was a very good bakery close by where we had a good breakfast.
An excellent location to use as a base for the Loire Chateaux.

The village is about 1 1/2 miles away and has reasonable facilities and an excellent Chateau.
A superb restaurant is located closed by in a rural setting.
The owner's family were exceedingly helpful and spoke good English.
Our friends had their dog with them and the house and garden were certainly pet friendly.
A beautiful house and fabulous swimming pool in a lovely location between two rivers a couple of miles from local villages. What made it most special was the personal welcome from Eric and his wife and the way they looked after us. It felt really special to be in their home.
Breakfast was provided by the host and was very tasty with home made preserves and cake. The location by chateau Villandry overlooked the chateau and gardens which was fantastic. The garden of the Petit Villandry were also very lovely and restful. The host also provided us with an excellent dinner and great advice about the area. The beds were very comfortable and well decorated.
Lovely hotel in a very charming village. Our bike was stored safely in a disused restaurant and there were several other bikes stored there, presumably all doing the Loire a Velo
We wanted an apartment in the neighborhood of Villandry. What we found was a beautiful cottage surrounded by gardens, covered in Wisteria, built into an old stone barn. The inside had old world charm with modern appliances. The owners lived on the property were very charming and helpful. You will need a car or bicycle to get to town.
Vue sur Château is a perfect holiday house in the village of Vilandry. It's small, but it has everything needed for a comfortable stay for a couple or family with kids. We stayed for two weeks. The house is exactly as advertised. The view of the church and château is lovely. There's no private outdoor space, but who would want to stay at home in these surroundings? There's parking right next to the front door.
