So peaceful! Down a quiet track so though it wasn’t far off the motor way you couldnt hear it.
We were in the barn, had both bedrooms which was ample for a family of 5. No access to cooking facilities but used the 24 pizza kiosk (!) in the nearby town. A great stop off and wish we could have stayed for longer!

My girlfriend and I loved the stay. The greeting was exceptional and they were great hosts. We got the chance to meet another couple of British people and had some decent conversation and a nice meal.
The house is gorgeous and so is the garden.

Perfect, attentive hosts providing a warm welcome in a lovely setting. Breakfast was delicious with homemade jams, yoghurt and eggs to order; and, if not taking an evening meal at 5 Grand Rue, the local restaurant's food is exceptional. Definitely on our list to visit again!

Beautiful countryside location, very remote & quiet. Apartment had almost everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked & everything worked well. Lovely cheese & farm products store onsite, we all loved the honey sweets. Merci beaucoup.
Location was fairly near main routes across France (which is what we wanted) but in a quiet french village, very nice and picture postcard. We ate in restaurant and was fantastic food and service...fine dining at a reasonable cost.
Breakfast OK Coffee good. Croissants/bread excellent. Not much fruit available. On balance probably not as good as Ibis.
Dinner was excellent. Lovely staff. Very good food, well cooked and served. Car park (very small) was full but safe parking is available right outside the hotel in village square.
Lovely building in the very pretty village of Vaas. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, well equipped and of a decent size. our dog had plenty of room and was happily welcome in the restaurant. The restaurant deserves special mention for the wide choice available, the quality of the served food and the number of courses ; absolutely exceptional. Making the event special was the attentive and helpful service of the staff, making the stay memorable a;d ensuring a return visit next year.
