This Chambre d'hote style accommodation is in the very quiet rural village of Tréméreuc, it is not a beachfront property as per the description, but is nevertheless a beautiful place to stay. The host (Gerard) is the most charming and congenial chap you could wish for and he would be one of the reasons to return to this location. We arrived on bikes after a long day's cycling (100km) and as the only open restaurants were 2km away in Pleurtuit, he gave us a lift in his car, where we ate at La Rance restaurant, which I can thoroughly recommend! Breakfast was a simple, but very tasty offering with tea or coffee, various breads, and Gerard's homemade preserves, perfect! Air con in the room was very welcome as it was warm overnight. Very quiet rural location.

This is a truly beautiful place to stay. The house is full of history and interesting things to see, including fabulous works of art. Our room (Eglantine) was beautiful. Surrounded by lovely gardens, it is very peaceful. The breakfast was delicious. Lovely to have homemade jams to try. Loic and Marie are very welcoming and helped us with a restaurant reservation (Bello Mio, well worth a visit). Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our rooms were very clean and nicely decorated with individual taste. Two TVs worked. We had lovely view to the garden and a terrace to relax. Fabian and Franc met us and showed around and were very responsive. We really enjoyed the breakfasts and nice and friendly conversations with Fabian and Franc, even though we do not speak same language. We felt like at home, on our “dacha”)!

Quiet with beautiful trees. A lovely haven from the busier tourist areas. Safe with easy parking. Nice breakfast, helpful friendly host. Large room with good shower room.
