Fantastical historical building. Set admid amazing panoramic views and a few miles from the Castle of Guedelon which was the target of our visit. Unfortunately road was closed off and being dug up when we arrived. Bertrand came to meet us and showed us how to get closer to the property. Both he and Flore made us extremely welcome and did all that they could to make us welcome. Rang the local cafe to book us a table and next morning served us an excellent breakfast with delicious bread. Gave us a brief tour of the medieval parts of the house.

Our hosts were delightful and so helpful. Breakfast was lovely- thank you for our crepes!.The room was spacious and comfortable with a clean, modern bathroom. Walking distance to the village of St.Amand en Puisaye, and a short drive from Guedelon Castle.

This was just what we needed! It was a wonderful stay while traveling around France in October. All the rooms were fully equipped, it was easy to prepare a hot meal. We were happy about the washing machine, after all the camping we had done. It was warm and cozy. And a perfect starting point to see a Guedelon castle.
great location, top of a hill, views sur valley and village, mist in the mornings large lodgings - two rooms with space and light. Great hostess, charming, chatty but not invasive, excellent cook.
