A nice apartment tucked away on a quiet street not far from the train station. The apartment occupies the first floor of the one-storey house (the ground floor is a garage) surrounded by small garden, which guests may also use (there are some chairs, a small table and a parasol, but we haven't really used it, as the weather was too hot to sit outside during the day, and we preferred to stay inside after dusk to avoid mosquitoes).
The apartment itself is accessible through the short flight of narrow stairs, so some minimal fitness is needed to bring the luggage upstairs. It has a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a (separate) toilet. The apartment is decorated in a mixture of industrial and land-house style, very nicely fitting the immediate surroundings and a overall feeling of the town .
The location is perfect for the train connections to the castles of the Loire valley, and also convenient to explore the town of Tours.
The hosts are great, they maintain friendly communication and you can reach out to them anytime, receiving prompt response. The very detailed description for the check-in and checkout were also provided.

Love the house and garden. Our bedroom was in the oldest part of the property with its own entrance. Huge room and lovely en-suite. Really comfortable bed. Great breakfasts and a host &hostess who were really helpful and informative about the area. Easy to get onto main transport links. Apartment very spacious, modern and felt like home. Bed comfortable. Pool was amazing and so good to relax in after a long day walking in nearby villages or at the chateaux. Close to main train station for day trips and a tram ride from the historic part of town.
The flat was cosy and we had pretty much everything we needed. It's quiet and even though it can get hot, there is fan which makes a difference. The host was really kind and helpful. It's a great location to ho visit the châteaux. We visited châteaux de Chambord, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Chenonceau and Villandry. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
This concerns a beautiful villa/house French style. Space enough for 2 couples. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with soft and comfortable king size beds and 2 singles.
This home is not recommended for young children. Luckily no large ugly tv screen to spoil the rustic/arty atmosphere in this interior.
Small kitchen bench, but who cooks when there are so many restaurants closely, 15 min walk.
Marie the owner lives in the main house and can give info about the environment or supply any additional things you might possibly want, with a smile!
Quirky, beautiful little holiday cottage looking on to a private garden terrace. Very quiet and private. Very secure. The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.
