The hist, Emmanuel, was charming and responsive, giving us a tour of the castle on arrival, responding immediately to a request, and providing a superb breakfast. The castle is glorious! It was such a delight to stay there and to be able to climb to the top to enjoy the stunning view. Magic!

This was a beautiful. cosy and clean place to stay. It was ideal for a family. The apartment style was a blend of modern and rustic. The kitchen had everything you needed in terms of cutlery and pots to cook. We stayed in mid April so it was rather chilly in the evening. The fireplace served as heating for the unit and was more than sufficient to keep us warm at night. The bathroom was spacious. The view from the apartment was bucolic and there was lots of sunlight. The owner was very attentive, polite and available to answer questions. We communicated in Spanish as he only spoke French and Portuguese!

Fabulous house, set in beautiful countryside. Phill and Kev have done an exceptional renovation of the property, with so many artistic touches and super special features. They are also very kind and generous. Nothing was too much trouble. Loads of extras were included in the room; way more than other B&Bs. We were able to have a dinner one night at the house, and this added yet another level of outstanding hospitality. Great breakfast, nice pool, overall lovely location.
