The house is located in a very quiet village, one can only hear sounds of nature and the church bells. Beautiful view on the village and green surroundings from living room and spacious terrace. Extremely well equipped. We only used the lower floor, where it stayed cool even at hot days. The owners are very kind, helpful, flexible and communicate well. The village has a bakery.

The location was pretty good especially in spring, the view from glass verandah was really amazing, we spent most of our time in that area alone. The hosts were very friendly and took care of everything. if you visit this town and love cakes do visit Patisserie Antoine. You can park your car just outside the house so you do not have to think twice to get in the car and go somewhere. It is in Bitche which is small city but the drive from Netherlands was quite good with good views in between.

location meant travel to next town for evening meal for 4 hungry bikers. however the owners took us there and back in their own car - amazing hospitality. They even made room for one more bike in their personal garage. Also ideal for maginot line visits - I will bring my boys here to visit the Simserhof Ouvrage at some point

Very clean, cosy, with a wonderful view from a balcony, completed of all necessary for a long staying. It was really pleasant to stay. We were 3 adults and one of us slept in the living room, it was comfortable. Absolutely recommended.
