Sophie and her husband were very welcoming from the minute we arrived. The house is beautiful and well maintained, with a spacious family room where we stayed. The breakfast was fabulous, with home made food and everything we needed to start the day. Sophie also gave advice on how to best visit Bordeaux, and was always available for help if needed.
On our last day we left super early in the morning, and she was kind enough to prepare our breakfast so we could take it on the go. Thank you!!!

We were on the Bordeaux to Carcassonne cycling trip & Domaine Des Deux Rivieres was just a short distance from the main route. It is a lovely old building with very nice garden in a very rural setting. There was a specific room for storing bicycles & lovely breakfast by the swimming pool. The owner made a dinner reservation for us at an excellent restaurant just 1.5 km from the B&B.

Beautiful renovated castle with well equiped kitchen, all nice en suite bathrooms to all main bedrooms. Lovely garden, pool deep and the pergola tower nice for watching the stars. All rooms nicely decorated with art and personal touch by the owners. It is a short drive for grocery shopping and bakery (+/-) 10 min. About 20-45 min a great range option to visit markets, wineyards, nice villages.. Wifi worked well in all rooms. Communication easy with landlord by e-mail.
