Without doubt the best Chambres des hotes we have ever stayed at in France,a charming welcome by the owners son,a clear and informative explanation of the facilities available at our pleasure. Beautifully renovated building executed with taste and forethought,with the clients at the forefront of the concept. Easy to find,plenty of private parking and, a first for us ,a heated indoor swimming pool. Breakfast was plentiful,fresh and well presented. Our hostess was the an example of the fine hospitality we find too rarely in our travels across France . As retired owners of a Chambres des hotes ourselves,we can appreciate the efforts made by the whole family to make our stay one of the most pleasurable ever. If you're travelling from any of the Brittany ports or the Cherbourg peninsula to the South West this had to be the place to stay. We wish we could have stayed longer but we shall certainly return next time we're heading north.

The location was amazing with an overview of a small village. Staying in a Château is a dream. Relaxing and comfortable. The surrounding location will yield events to keep you busy enough to have small excursions and then retire back to the château. You will feel like nobility. The nightly meals are a must if you want the full experience. The owner is a chef and every evening is a wonderful surprise.

We chose the house for its convenient (25 minutes drive) access to the Puy du Fu park that we visited for 2 full days. The house is modern, spacious, comfortable and has a large garden with an outdoor dining area and a trampoline. There's also a BBQ available but we didn't use it. It has everything you might need for a family stay while visiting the area. The kitchen is very well equipped and has all the apliences that make your life easier during a family holiday. There's a free good speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV and a very comfy sitting area to relax in the evenings. Overall we are very happy with the accommodation. Thank you!
