Courtyard parking was convenient and attractive. The courtyard led to the studio apartment, which was clean and well serviced with a massive bed and useful smart tv. En suite was a wet room with a disabled friendly shower.

Beautifully situated with lovely views. Near the pleasant ancient town of Sillé-le-Guillaume. Everything as required including fresh bread and croissants each morning. The hostess Marie was very friendly and accommodating.

We spoke to the French holiday company Poplidays who were good at speaking English (unfortunately my French is not good) who were really helpful and arranged a key pick up time for us. The French person who showed us around also did his best to direct us from the main street and answer and explain the gite details.
St-Leonard-des-Bois is a very picturesque village and our stay too short to see all that we would have liked. Definitely worth visiting again. A beautiful clean river with fish to be clearly seen - quite a difference from home!
