Lovely room in a house situated 10 min walk from Centre of Évran, also very close to cycle route. This is a spacious room in a house and easily accommodated the four of us. Lovely clean bathroom facilities. Secure storage for our bikes. Hosts very friendly and took children round garden to look for the tortoises. We didn’t use the garden as we were only there for one night but plenty of seating and sunshine! Lovely breakfast of pastries, bread and homemade jam. . Fruit juice and choice of hot drinks. . Children were also offered cereal. . Perfect way to start day. .

Very good and calm place if you travel by car. Owner provided all instructions so it was easy to get in. It was a big appartment and very clean. We liked it.

The garden was the perfect place for relaxing. The animals in the neighbours garden were a nice activity for our kids! The house is clean and big. If you travel with smaller children, there is no security gate for the stairs. We would definitely stay there again.

Super location - pretty, very tranquil, unique. Houseboat was gorgeous, quirky! cosy, cute. Sat up on the top deck in the sunshine with a glass of wine - couldn’t have been better! Host had given great attention to detail and gave us a warm, cheerful welcome. We cycled to Léhon & Dinan along the canal path - fabulous. Highly recommended!
