An amazing villa on the top of a hill with no neighbours, fantastic pool and outdoor kitchen and dining area so we never ate inside. great hot tub with sauna, gym equipment, ping pong, table football. air conditioning to cool the bedrooms. Wi-Fi, large tvs in bedrooms and lounge. well equipped kitchen. utility room with washer and dryer. beautiful views of sunset over pool, surrounded by vineyards and peach trees and fig tree in gardens. An incredible place to stay. It is a perfect spot to relax in and experience life in the beautiful French countryside, using it as a base to to visit local markets, hamlets and rustic towns. Andrew was the perfect host. He had a list of local recommendations awaiting us which really helped us experience and explore all of the local gems, all within a short driving distance from the house. The accomodation itself is definitely special, a converted barn where the original wooden feeding trough provides the divide between the kitchen and living area. The place was spotless, immaculately clean and had all new modern kitchen conveniences. Wine, bread and cheese awaited us which were lovely hospitable touches. The place was tastefully styled, embracing the old classic style with some modern touches. It was lovely and spacious with wonderful big comfortable couches and a large TV (with satellite channels and Netflix!) if you feel like unwinding after a days sightseeing. There was a small pool outside (another delightful addition!), bbq area and loungers in the garden....all guaranteed to ensure the stay was relaxing and comfortable. We felt so lucky to have found this place and be able to spend a few days here. It is one of those rare, special finds. A heartfelt thanks, Andrew and Teresa.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here, in this most beautiful and relaxing environment. The peace and quiet were wonderful, especially after months in the city, and I loved having that quiet to ensure good sleep. We were able to sleep very well. A very good mattress - but I'm sensitive since I have a hip issue; so I carry a mattress topper, and that made it just right for me! We loved eating and having coffee outside in the shaded yard, and it was so wonderful to have an outdoor space, unlike just a balcony in an apartment. We had a couple of very hot days, and it was a relief and felt so good to swim in the pool - just icing on the cake! Though it's a small space, it has some spaciousness to it. The bed isn't crammed in to the space, like in some other places, which I appreciated. Tricia, the host, was fun to talk to, as a bonus!
