Lisa met us at the door with a lovely welcome, and tour of the property, she showed us where to find everything we would need during our stay as well as a helpful guide to the local area.
Having the pool was a lovely added extra and was lovely to come back to after a day exploring the beautiful surrounding area.
The Welcome pack was a lovely little touch too. - even if Dave forgot the part baked bread :-)

This is an amazing place, a large house in a country village with very friendly and helpful staff (we managed even though the language barrier). Large bedrooms, and a sitting room, dining room and kitchen available to use if wanted. Set in a beautiful garden. Very comfortable beds and we were offered breakfast at a reasonable cost when we arrived, too. One night wasn't enough; if we didn't live so far away in the UK we'd be back as soon as we could and have a longer stay here!
