The whole experience was superb, the food ,the gardens and swimming pool. Florence & her Husband were a wonderful team and perfect hosts . The property has breathtaking views ,the area is nice and tranquil ,with a small village a short walk away with a restaurant and bar. Beautiful location, comfortable room and fabulous food! We arrived unsure whether dinner would be available, but it was - and we were very grateful, since other food options were a long ride back down the mountain! Dinner was really the highlight of our one-night stay: four simple courses, all beautifully prepared, and including some very local cheese. We paid 21 euros per person for dinner and 6 euros for breakfast, which felt like very good value. We were able to leave our bikes securely in the garage.
