It was in a beautiful part of the country. The pool was lovely, the breakfast was superb, with cheese, ham, egg if required, fresh bread, crispy croissants, jam, choc spread and tea or coffee. The hostess couldn’t have been nicer or more willing to help. The price of the room and breakfast was absolutely excellent value for money.

Brigitte was a warm, wonderful and welcoming host. We became friends and spent a lot of time talking and this really helped me with some things I was struggling with. She lives 5 min ( max) walk from the station but the house is very peaceful and the garden is a haven of tranquility. Beautiful to hear the bird song in the morning and gaze at the night sky. She also made me a salad and herbal tea from her garden. The location could not be better for exploring Quillan and the surrounding areas and the house has a lovely energy. There were mosquito nets on the window and it was good to sleep with the cool air.

Perfect French breakfast in the pretty garden. We loved the location in the centre of the delightful village of Rennes Les Bains. Warning if you have heavy suitcases, there’s no parking immediately outside and there are steps up to the property, but Madame was very helpful and assisted us with our cases. If you’re in this part of the world, its a lovely place to stay.
