We were on bikes touring along the canal. This is a fantastic historic building with large, well-lit rooms and bathrooms that are stylishly decorated. And very comfortable beds! Beautiful grounds and a delicious breakfast. Julien is such a helpful host and made us feel at home. Lovely place we’d like to visit again.

To be fair: I did not actually stay at this hotel. I booked the room for my daughter who was travelling through the region. She is a single female travelling alone. Her comments were that the staff was very friendly and helpful. She needed assistance booking some taxi's and they were very knowledgeable. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The location as perfect for her travel purposes. And she sent me a photo of the breakfast that she through was great. She felt safe and comfortable.
