A lovely, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Ours was on the third floor, accessed via 56 steps up a wooden spiral staircase, so not for the fainthearted!! (Or unfit...) However, once in the apartment it has everything you need. We didn't cook, so I cannot comment on that, but the bed was comfy, the bathroom spacious, with a great, roomy shower, and the seating area was very comfortable.
The apartment is in the heart of Perigueux, so it's pretty quiet. There are lots of restaurants to choose from, offering great food.
We travelled by train to Sarlat, Les Ezyies and Lasceaux - all easy to get to.
Highly recommended.

Amazing apartment. Had everything we needed. Excellent central location. Parking opposite, just need a blue card which you can buy from a Tabac. 1.5hrs free. Just be careful of vintage fairs etc or you could be towed. Périgueux is so ancient and interesting. One of the best towns to explore! About 1 hr to the Dordogne river. The stairs up to the apartment are so ancient. I feel that you could imagine knights sword fighting on them!! Definitely recommend. Felt at home 💕

A beautiful villa, with terraces & garden and beautifully presented rooms ... all within easy walking distance of town. And a wonderful hostess, for whom nothing was too much trouble. If I could give a score of 15, I would!
The property is a beautifully restored historic villa. Nothing was spared in the renovation. The room was spacious with a good bed and fabulous bathroom with a large shower! There was a roof top patio and outdoor tables in the lovely yard and garden. The hostess is a great baker even gluten free for us. Delicious muffins and croissants. Best I’ve had! So hospitable and lovely were the hosts! Within walking distance to the historic town and everything. One of our favorite stays! Highly recommend it!
Well restructured villa, in a very convenient area, walking distance from the medieval center. Everything was accurate in the house and the rooms, it was a very pleasant stay. The hospitality of both guests was warm and helpful under all perspectives.
Both Jean-Claude and Patricia are very proud of the Villa and this shows in everything they do. Breakfast ingredients and presentation were hand picked, prepared and placed with alot of care and thoughtfulness.
