Best bed an breakfast!! Corinne is the nicest hostess ever, and you'll feel very welcome here. Only 3 rooms, but all seemed nice. Very clean, great beds, spacious room and no noise. Breakfast was lovely and all homemade, organic and just fantastic! There's even room for a car in the garage, which is very welcome in an old village with narrow and steep streets! Cucugnan is close to several of the Cathar castles, beautiful mountains and gorges. I think Cucugnan can be quite touristy, but in the middle of September it was perfect and no problem getting a table at one of the local restaurants. We were at the neighbouring Auberge the first night and Le Petit Gourmand the other 2 nights. Both of them super nice. I can only give my highest recommendation!!

The property is so stunning. Literally everything you can possibly ask for for a relaxing stay. The hosts, Dominique and Nathalie are so incredibly kind and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay will definitely be visiting again in the future x we do recommend hiring a car as the location is a local village so a car is needed for getting around. There’s still plenty to do nearby like lovely hikes a small museum and just roaming around the village.

The camping infrastructure is great, we had access to the swimming pool, also there is a restaurant in the camping. Our cabin was cute and private, surrounded by nature - we could even walk the dogs along the vineyards, enjoying the amazing view to the montains.

The bathrooms were very clean and the personnel was very friendly. We liked the restaurant and the fact that even after checkout you‘re allowed to stay a little longer and use the swimming pool.
On Thursdays there is usually some live music that creates a great atmosphere.
we loved this charming old house, with its hyper equipped kitchen but old style dining and sitting rooms. It has personality! Beds are comfy and the shower has good power. And it’s very quiet and relaxing, yet near to many interesting Cathar sites and the sea. And you can go to the village supermarket in 3 min on foot and get fresh bread and croissants (and plenty of other things) every morning.
The view from the top floor terrace (where we had breakfast) is breathtaking (Aguilar castle, hills and more).
