Incredible value for money, and Patricia is a wonderful host. She promptly communicated with us before and during our stay, and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was also amazing, and included in the price the value just can't be beaten! Would stay again!

The chambre d'hôte was in a lovely old French house set in a tranquil garden, only a few kilometres from the picturesque village of La Romieu. The room was tastefully decorated, quiet and very comfortable. We had a delicious breakfast with fresh bread, pastries, cheeses, fresh fruit and homemade jams, served on the terrace. Our host was both discreet and friendly. Definitely a place to recommend.

Everything. Beautiful setting with large collection of art deco furnishings, books and ornamental items. The friendly owner is passionate about beautiful items he has sourced, and the whole house has been tastefully renovated - saving it from demolition. The lounge area is quirky and delightful. We enjoyed the pool, the views, the pool and wonderful terraced gardens. There were lots of different outdoor seating areas.Breakfast was exceptional. Our bedroom and art deco bathroom were beautiful, with a really comfortable bed, and views down to the river. The owner has thought of everything. We just wish we had booked more than two nights!
