This is a very well equipped and furnished small house in a convenient place near the Seine and the lovely La Bouille. The owners are extremely welcoming and helpful and offer a good breakfast for E9.50. It is very reasonably priced. There us parking immediately outside and good WiFi.

The reviews about the lack of cleanliness prepared us for the worst, but it really wasn't that bad. In fact, we really enjoyed our stay! It is a castle that you get to stay in for a low price, after all. It's a bit like staying at your ancient French grandmother's castle who does the housekeeping herself and doesn't quite see the dust on the plumbing any longer.
By the way, we booked a room that said "shared bathroom" but it wasn't shared, it was for us to use exclusively, so that's cool as well.

Views from the Gite are fabulous and the place was very clean.
The owner was fantastic and went above and beyond what was expected to help us.
Very clean with everything provided. The owner obviously wanted his guests to be warm, comfortable and happy and he was very friendly. We ordered a breakfast from him for 10 euros each and it was enormous and delicious. We were able to park right outside and the next day visited the beautiful village of la Bouille not far away.
