Lovely, friendly hostess, Christine, who made our stay most enjoyable. Lovely, atmospheric setting with homely and very comfortable rooms, very good facilities and excellent breakfast which may have had something to do with the delicious home made jams. Christine was very informative and helpful, spoke very good English and was patient and helpful when helping us with our limited French. Overall a great stay and one we will repeat in the near future.

An excellent property in a charming location. The absence of traffic and busy roads makes this a peaceful location if you have had a busy day touring the local battlefield sites of Picardy. An excellent location and an equally charming host, Richard, who could mot have done any more to assist.

An outstanding premises and outstanding hosts. I did not realise on booking that Diane and Vic were professional, qualified battlefield guides for the Somme. While I did not make use of their professional skills and expertise, it was nevertheless extremely helpful and interesting to have such knowledgeable people - I was on a self-guided tour of the battlefield. Very nice establishment, made better by being able to have breakfast with other guests of like interests and invariably Diane herself - it made for a particularly interesting visit. Premises could not be faulted - even had kettle and tea making facilities - unusual in France though Diane & Vic were English, albeit lived in France for 20-odd years.

The location was excellent for touring the World War one battlefields, loved the layout of the building and we all slept well as the village is very quiet. Very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our evenings in the Gite. Lovely owners as well.
