We very much enjoyed our stay at La Maison Forte. Very beautiful surroundings and the peace and quiet are also notable. Even though it was raining quite a bit, the attentive host, Chiara, made sure that we could take a swim in the swimming pool when it was dry.

The location is stunning and the property lovely with 270 degree views. Our host Charmaine left a welcome basket for us which was very thoughtful and gratefully received. It is so peaceful, we had booked for 3 nights and were lucky we could stay an extra night. Locally there are some gorgeous villages and vineyards to explore. A little piece of heaven.

The situation is absolutely stunning with a beautiful peaceful location and glorious views. It’s very convenient for the airport and exploring that area. The room was exceptionally clean and everything we needed was provided including a very good breakfast. The family was welcoming and friendly and very helpful with loading and unloading the car.
