We received a very friendly greeting from Simon and felt welcome from start to finish of our short stay. The gite was very comfortable and spacious with lovely French charm and furniture. Bed was very comfortable and lovely crisp clean sheets and pillows. Great shower in spacious bathroom . All areas spotlessly clean. Outside area was our own and comfortable seating and BBQ. Pool was beautiful and clean. Very restful one nights stay. Many thanks Simon and Cheryl.

This is a beautiful house, very close to Bergerac and the airport. Corinne and Patrick were outstanding hosts, offering a truly memorable (and enormous!) breakfast. We didn't have to buy lunch foe the whole stay!! They are very friendly and helpful.
We appreciated the afternoon pot of tea and homemade biscuits/cakes. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfy and the pool is lovely (though it was a cold week).

Perfect location for commuting to Plum Village (5 minute drive away). Very responsive and helpful hosts. Fabulous pool and area around the pool. We had a great stay here.
We arrived at this wonderful old renovated French villa after a long day of very warm cycling (yet another one 🥵) and found a welcoming host and, very importantly, a refreshing pool that was utilised within a few minutes. Rooms are beautifully restored and very comfortable. The morning breakfast was a meal fit for the king or queen of the manor, a great way to start the day! Our host also helped as much as he could with tools and a compressor when a tyre on one of our bikes decided to have a blowout. If you’re in the area, highly recommend.
the location was fabulous, the hosts were delightful, funny, charming and thoughtful . the garden was idyllic and peaceful and it was almost impossible to tear oneself away from the immaculate swimming pool. do not miss breakfast it is delicious. Within east reach of many interesting villages and towns - we will definitely return.
We had a truly wonderful stay at Les 2 Brigards! We were so well looked after, Patrick and Jean-Paul are the perfect hosts and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts each morning with incredible home bakes and local produce. We especially loved the care and attention to detail in the interior decor, the rooms are beautiful, as well as a few relaxing days by the pool and exploring the local villages! Would highly recommend.
