The host doesn't speak english but that is not a problem as he is very expressive and you can undestand anything he wants to say.

Christopher is a true gentleman. He knows everything of everything, even his marmelade is better than José who has a restaurant down the road. Frederique is a wonderfull woman. Warm and friendly. The house is a very special place. You can feel the history the moment you come through the frontdoor, and become a part of it. The brother of Christopher occasionally visits and he is the funny one. He is sometimes very present, but if you make him laugh he is your friend forever. His jokes are the best on whole of Corse.. shiva the dog is an old soul. She watches over the house and its inhabitants. To visit La Marlotte is a true experience. It will make your life richer. Dont wait too long and make a reservation there. There is no time like the present!.

The view from the terrace was fantastic. It was great to have our meals there every day. There is a good pizzeria in the village. For shopping you need to go to Ponte Leccia, about 20 minutes by car there is a big U supermarket. The house has all you need. The bed could be better. We had a wonderful time in Moltifao.
