Good size (we were two people). Comfy. Great location. Had most of what you needed. Good self check in and lockers to leave luggage in the hall if you need (we didn't). Good , fast contact with staff when we needed.

The property is beautifully set around meadows, forests and mountains, it was very nice to have horses as our neigbours. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom was spacious and comfortable, nice terrace to sit outside.

I was very happy to stay here, it was very comfortable and very close to all amenities like an annecy station, groceries, restaurants and annecy lake and Francois (host) is very helpful and friendly, I feel like home here overall my stay was amazing, I would prefer again to come here. 😊

The location is unbeatable with the proximity to the lake, the views and also the lovely village outside the main town center. The private access to the beach is also incredible.
The room was always kept very clean and tidy and had fantastic views of the lake. The bed was super comfortable.
10/10 from me, place is even more beautiful than in the photos, gorgeous view from balcony, lovely grounds and little private lake access on-site is wonderful, perfect temperature for a swim in mid-September and short walk to Menthon village. Staff lovely and had all the little things you except in a nice hotel, would definitely return
The location is stunning, at the heart of lake Annecy. The hotel has a private beach and very good spa facilities which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Also, from there you can get access to very nice hiking trails, make a tour around the lake by bycicle or go for walks through the cozy villages nearby. The restaurant and bar are also very good.
The property is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. You can take a short walk up the trail to Castle. You can relax in the exquisite gardens. The villa inside has many beautiful paintings and artifacts, that delight the eyes. The owners and the staff are very kind and informative.
