Fantastic trip, the gite was exactly what we expected, a farm, not too far from a restaurant, and shops. The accomodation was what we wanted, quiet, not bothered by anybody unless we needed assistance. The facilities were perfectly clean, shower was always hot, all appliances worked perfectly. Our host Garance looked after us perfectly, anything we needed she provided. Our trip was to view a derelict property I had purchased, and Garance found contractors and hired them for me, she has been a perfect contact for me, for which I will always be thankful, I can't say enough about how the gite worked out for my plans, I can highly recommend the Gite de la Lioterie.

This is a beautiful place. It’s owned by a couple and their son who bought it 2 years ago and are renovating it themselves. It’s small and cosy and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable, a lovely building with a lot of character.

Very rural setting. The owner is to be congratulated on renovating this gite all by himself from what was a delirect farm outbuiding. A little basic in places but the excellent shower compensates. No wifi but mobile signal is OK. Very friendly resident (neighbour's) cat!
