It was perfect in every way and they definitely undersell in their pictures and words how beautiful their place is.
The house is stunningly original while also having brilliant modern touches.
It is full of colour and intrigue but not overly busy and fussy.
If shared bathrooms are a concern don’t let them be! They are fantastic and there are two separate toilets for five rooms and two incredible shower rooms for four rooms (biggest room has own shower).
Hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming.
Parking is plentiful and secure though suspect not an issue in this small village anyhow.
Outside seating areas are plentiful and uber relaxing. Loved having a bottle of local wine in their covered courtyard area of an evening.
It is also so quiet unless you include the sound of bird song which is plentiful.
This place should be full every single day.

Everything! It felt like a hotel and a home at the same time. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. They were generous, kind and happy to share their local knowledge. We had a wonderful time chatting over a glass of wine, their hospitality is exceptional.
The facilities are excellent - the bedroom spacious and comfortable, the bathroom very modern with a great shower. The swimming pool and lounging area is just fantastic!
Breakfast was perfect, very plentiful and fresh. The dogs are adorable & gentle. The owners handle them very well, keeping them at a distance if thats your wish, or allowing you to interact (which was our preference, they are beautiful dogs).
The accommodation is located in a beautiful area for enjoying the coast and wine region, lots of great cycling too. We visited a fantastic seafood restaurant that the owners recommended and booked for us, without their help we would have missed what was one our more memorable meals ever!

This property was amazing to stay at, we had a family holiday here and it was absolutely fab! Hosts are wonderful & very very friendly!! I would come again and 100% recommend. I also would recommend hiring a car as this will be easier to get to places.
