Le Vivien is a brilliant little apartment, really well specified, with a sofa, TV, internet, kitchen with fridge. Really clean and the facilities were great. Parking right outside too. Really liked how the host left some water and biscuits for our stay, which was very kind. Very very impressed, and very good value compared to other basic hotels we were considering. Can't recommend highly enough. Although located outside town, it was very close (a couple of minutes walk) from a retail park with supermarkets, fast food restaurants and shops.

Parking spot in front of the accommodation. Accommodation easily accessible from central route through the city of Romorantin (under-appreciated Matra car museum !), at walking distance from the main shopping street with bakeries, restaurants, and a nice city park at the river bank. Very kind host, easy to contact through Booking or cell phone. We used this accommodation as a starting point for visits to the most castles in the vicinity within a 1-hour drive radius ( Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, Chenonceau, ...), and the Beauval Zoo.
