In the morning I invited a friend for coffee that we found in the fridge and made in the coffee machine and he said it was the best he’s all in all Lagrasse.

Size and location of the house. Fittings made it clear that it was also used by owners.
Clean and bright studio with huge new bathroom, gorgeous view of the cobblestone streets from the bed and dining table, sunny views of the mountains from the downstairs courtyard where we enjoyed meeting some locals who were members of the Opale community association, some playing cards, some there taking yoga classes. Hosts made us feel right at home and gave us lots of local history and tips on where to eat and visit. Great location right in the middle of the medieval village.
Loved the location, middle of the village, compact, clean and the lovely garden with fruit/ veg was a bonus. The air conditioning is fantastic and positioned above the bed.

Wonderful location in the middle of the village. Spacious with a sunny private courtyard in excellent condition and beautifully presented with all the facilities you need (except wifi). Be aware that its almost impossible to get into the courtyard parking place so you need to park in the paid public parking nearby - which isn’t a problem.
Everything! Relaxed atmosphere and welcoming host. Great village location and backs onto the river. Lovely room, shower and of course, breakfast was very good.
The host provided a delightful French breakfast with croissants, breads, fruit salad, yogurt, butter and jams. The coffee and juice were excellent. The location of 1,000 Delights is ideal at the edge of a specularly beautiful village with charming shops and wonderful restaurants. The property is on the river and has a lovely garden to look out to from our window. The sounds at night with croaking frogs and chirping birds was peaceful and restorative to sleep.
The gite has a number of fully equipped self contained apartments in a 13th century building within the ancient village of Lagrasse. The rooms surround a lovely courtyard with large shaded areas, a lawn, swimming pool, sun loungers and communal facilities for eating and cooking al fresco, plus a kitchen with washing machine and dryer. We rented the Terrace which over looked the courtyard and, as the name implied, had it's own shaded outdoor area . Perfect.
Very nice appartment. We had some difficulty finding it, but that was more our fault than Guy's. :-) Anyway I recomend the appartment for a stay in the region, for a stay in the beautiful village of Lagrasse.
The gîte has a lot of character and is in an excellent location with views of the river and abbey. Near everything Lagrasse has to offer (shops and restaurants) but still quiet. Well equipped with everything you need. Parking nearby so need to drive into the centre of the village.
