The property is beautifully set around meadows, forests and mountains, it was very nice to have horses as our neigbours. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom was spacious and comfortable, nice terrace to sit outside.

We stayed here to allow easy access to the mountains. It did not disappoint. A particular favourite was Crêt des Mouches, which we were able to hike, leaving straight from our door. On a clear day (which we were fortunate to have), Mont Blanc can be seen from the top.

We were a family of six adults and the apartment was very spacious including plenty of outdoor areas to sit. We especially liked the views, the electric barbecue, the comfy beds and the powerful showers. We did not miss not having a car and instead hired bikes from the owners who were very approachable. There is also a free bus service in July and August which runs regularly to Annecy and the other side of the lake. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood but perfectly located close to the popular cycle track and near good supermarkets and a bakery and a short cycle/walk away from Plage Du Clos Berthet a grassy area next to the lake where we often swam.
