Perfectly located. It’s such a nice property and in particular Franck and Colette are the best hosts possible. Had some nice recommendations for the evening and even booked restaurants for us. The flower garden of Colette is magical and Franck truly understands what it means to make people feel welcome.

Super friendly and accommodating hosts. Allowed us to store our luggage after check out as our flight back was only in the night.

My flight was cancelled late at night and I found the accommodation last minute. Due to the last minute nature of the booking the hosts had not received the booking information and I had already arrived at the property.
I spoke to the hosts and they were exceptional. Despite it being late at night Odile drove 30 minutes to the apartment to settle me in for the evening and show me the facilities. It would have been very easy for them to just say that the room was unavailable.
The apartment itself is lovely, spacious, with all of the facilities you would need for a lovely holiday. Unfortunately as I had to leave early in the morning I was unable to fully appreciate the location but the view of the port looked very nice.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment block was very quiet.
Odile was amazing and couldn't have been more helpful, she offered me food and also assisted with helping me on the next leg of my journey.

A beautiful, heavenly, imaginative place. Quiet location, beautiful view of the city and the sea in the distance. Warm and immensely helpful owners. We immediately felt welcome in this family villa. Food is not provided, but there is space to store and eat your own food. We will definitely return sometime in the summer so we can use the pool.
The location was superb, at walking distance from the beach and the village. We really enjoyed the outside area that had a very good amount of shade. The garden was lovely, making a very relaxing and lovely view from the inside. The house kept a good temperature inside even during the heatwave. The parking was very good, close to the property and plenty of space. Collecting the keys from the office in Hyeres was very easy and quick.
Giens is a pleasant village near Hyères. We did not need to go far during our three day stay to enjoy the area.
The hotel is very conveniently located close to bus, groceries, restaurants and a short walk to public beach. The private beach area, pool and tennis courts were excellent and very nice for our kids.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were comfortable with air conditioning and balcony so windows could be opened.

The Villa Leonie is perfect in so many ways. Comfortable bed and common area, nice shower with plenty of hot water, and just a 5 minute walk to music filled streets with bars and restaurants.
The location was excellent, located between 2 small village and a short walk to the beach and flamingo roaming salt lagoons. The patio caught the morning sun and was a nice place to have breakfast.
A loaf of brioche awaited us upon arrival was appreciated.
Well located, near the bus and 10mins walk to the village. Contains all the basics furnishing to stay few days. The owner was very accommodating and very responsive
