We stayed two nights and were very sad to have to leave. The garden and the house are fabulous. The hosts are very kind and attentive. Wi-fi is excellent, parking is large, bed is comfortable, towels are clean. Everything was fine, perfect. After the dogs, it was a special pleasure to find the cat.

Met by the owner and her dog who is very welcoming! There is plenty of parking outside the property. The pool was refreshing after a long drive and asking for extra towels was no trouble. The property is in a lovely quiet location yet in close proximity to the main road.
I asked for a kettle in the room which, was provided on entry.
We asked for the earlier breakfast than normal as we were traveling through and needed to get on the road early. This was no trouble as all. The breakfast was basic but the bread, jam and yogurt was all homemade, which was really refreshing and a nice touch.
Loved all the unique furniture and trinkets.
Loved the large family room with 3 different aspect windows so plenty of fresh air through the room.

Just outside an historic medieval village, the house is modern and comfortable. Timing prevented us from enjoying the pool, which was clear and warm. The host and hostess were charming and obliging; the breakfast, mostly of home made or local food, was truly excellent! We had an enjoyable meal in the village, where a pageant was being performed.

A pleasure to stay at L'écrin des Gaves. Sabrina & Claude are excellent hosts and they have a beautiful home. The room was large, comfortable and tastefully decorated. They offer excellent food at breakfast with lots of local produce. We pre-booked dinner, cooked by Claude, and it was delicious. The views from the house are exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending a stay here!

The property was a wonderful oasis after a long days driving. It was clean and comfortable with a very refreshing pool. There was also an outside kitchen area which I did have to use due the on-site Resteraunt being closed.
