It’s peaceful. Beautifully manicured garden with plenty of seating areas. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We left feeling very relaxed. This is our third stay and it had never disappointed us. We plan to come back again

Fantastic Gite walking distance to Lac L'homme, which has inflatables, paddle boards etc to hire, a lovely beach and restaurant. The Gite is great value for money, lovely old farm building with a pretty garden. Flexible accomodation. We have 4 children ranging 7 to 17 and it worked perfectly. Lots to see and do close by including a great tree top experience in Rille. Samaur is 40 mins away and is a pretty medieval town on the Loire river. Lots to do here and a great selection of restaurants.

Beautiful and peaceful setting. Lovely spacious gardens with lots of activities/equipment. Definitely family friendly 😊Wonderful host Eric who was very welcoming and helpful for planning our day trips. The gite was larger than expected and had everything we needed. Perfect! Exceptionally comfortable and well equipped, and very convenient with a boulangerie in the village within a 3 minute walk. Plenty of outdoor space, with a covered seating area and barbecue (not used due to short stay). Safe and secure parking, and a very welcoming host. Already looking forward to returning for a longer stay.
The house is very comfortable and spacious (we were there with 2 people).
Great bed, fully equipped kitchen, large shower area, and roomy sitting area / kitchen, all on the same floor.
There is a terrace outside as well – which we have not used.
We have used this house to visit Tours (about 45 min drive), Castle of Villandry (beautiful gardens), Castle of Azay-le-Rideau and the Abbey of Fontevraud (all of these with 30-45min by car). There is a castle in Gizeux as well (which we have not visited).
