The apartment was a good size and the heating was on when we arrived after dark on a cold, grey November evening - much appreciated! The kitchen area had everything we needed. Parking was convenient, right outside. Despite the flat being on the quite busy main road, we did not hear traffic noise inside. There is a little general store about 100 metres away on the same road and next to the hotel, which has a bar (but it was unfortunately not open the day we arrived). If you want bread, you need to order it from the store the day before. It is worth taking a little stroll around the village, which is on the edge of a small river.

It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay there. The only problem was finding it. We were in the village but after about 20mins or so we had to ask someone where in the village it was. Very comfortable bed, lovely decor and excellent breakfast. We would definitely stay there again

This was a great little jewel in the crown, so peaceful clean and lovely people, they left you to enjoy. We only stayed one night en-route but will definitely go back to explore area.

Excellent apartment. The house is within a quarter mile of a supermarket, petrol station and fairly decent cafe that serves meals and snacks throughout the day. It is literally just off the motorway so very convenient. Vehicle was nice and secure behind a key operated security gate. All in all very happy and would stay again.
