The property was very charming and cosy! the bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom nice and spacious! the hosts Alexandra and her mother were truly amazing hosts. The home cooked meal we had one evening was delicious, we felt like we were in a home away from home! We stayed at the property as we were attending a wedding nearby and we struggled to find a taxi with it being quite remote; so Alexandra went above and beyond to help us out and the cleaner of the property took us to the wedding!! we can’t thank you enough we had such a lovely stay! thank you, Sophie & Phill

We spent four days with Chris & Rhianne at the Maison de l'Aguze while accompanying our son to a nearby triathlon. Our hosts were wonderful from the very start, replying immediately to our queries, then providing secure space for our bikes in their huge garage and sharing their local knowledge with plenty of tips about quiet roads and routes to explore in the region. The Maison de l'Aguze is located next to a small river right in the centre of Saint-Pons, so all eating places are within walking distance. Centred around a small courtyard, the hotel itself is a delightful building that has been tastefully renovated and decorated. Our bedroom was huge as was the en suite bathroom, and the quality bed linen and towels only added to the comfort. Breakfast was a copious "à la carte" breakfast with a choice of various fruit juices and hot beverages, cereals, fresh bread and viennoiseries, ham and eggs and a delicious smoothie ! A special mention, and thanks, must go to our hosts Chris & Rhianne who once again went the extra mile by offering to provide an extra-early breakfast at dawn for our son on the day of his triathlon competition! Thank you Chris & Rhianne for your friendly welcome, your constant attentiveness to your guests and your discreet smiling presence! We hope to see you again in the not too distant future!

It is a lovely clean , comfortable property. What we loved most was the location, in the middle of a forest with the only sounds being the birds and insects! The host was very friendly and explained everything well.

The hostess Natacha was very nice. The rooms are a little small and we shared bathroom with all on the floor. But everyone was quiet and there was a great atmosphere. She made us a nice breakfast and sat with us to talk. We loved the cats in the garden! They were very cuddly. (Cats are not in the guest quarters but around the house, which was great for us. Bc we miss ours while on vacation.) Nice covered porch to sit under and front garden to enjoy the fresh air after a long day of bike riding! There was a secure place to put our bikes on the porch.

We had such a wonderful time here! The property is beautiful, and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. We loved having our meals out on the balcony overlooking the hills. Before we left, we were already recommending our friends to come here next year!
