It is a nice apartment located in the mountains in an old village about 20 min from Menton, it is a very familiar place, comfortable with a nice sea view; has everything you need for a long stay and a good location to explore the sea and mountain area. The communication with Joel and Patricia was effective and friendly. We will surely come back and of course it is highly recommended, for us nothing is wrong with this place.

Fantastic, big and comfortable house, very well equiped, with heated swimming pool and great view on mountains and sea. Very silent surrounding, perfect for relax. The house is nicely located for a sightseeing of the Azure Coast as well as for driving by beautiful roads thru mountains. Very good communication with hosts of the house (greetings to Bridget and Sebastian!) We spent wonderful holidays there!

Everything was beyond expectations, a quiet place with private parking, perfect for couples. The host was very welcoming, he even waited for us and helped us with our luggage, and even left us beer and juice in the fridge. Less common, but the apartment looks even better than in the pictures, everything is clean, a lot of attention to details and nothing is missing. The terrace with sea view is perfect for having dinner or breakfast (I had seen in a review before we went, that someone complained that the sea was not very well visible, and I want to mention that it is perfectly visible, considering that the apartment is on the coast, 7 km from Menton). When we'll come back to the French Riviera, this will definitely be where we'll stay.

Location and view excellent. Accomodation well equipped and independant from main house but could have done with a couple of wine glasses! Very comfortable large bed and huge walk in shower. had an excellent week with our dog who was made welcome despite the owner having cats.
