A very interesting old building which had been a Hostellerie since the 14th century, lovingly restored. We slept in a room once slept in by Francis 1st. Excellent breakfast. We didn't get the chance to meet Cyril but his communication by WhatsApp was excellent. Be aware that the access to the property is via a pedestrian only route involving a lot of steps.

We arrived just before the opening of the little seasonal village. It was a traditional very small village that was lovely to walk around - not touristy. Needed to drive 30 mins to other locations for main meals due to restaurants all temporarily closed.

The owner is very kind and helpful. He solved all our problems. You can relax here without a cloud. The landscape is very beautiful. The nearby small town is like in a fairy tale.

The proprietors were extremely welcoming and helpful on our arrival. We stayed in room number 24 which overlooked the square which was lovely, the view in the morning was gorgeous.
The communal areas of the hotel were lovely and the swimming pool looked inviting after a long days travelling ! The private patio was large and had plenty of chairs to choose from.
