Everything is perfect. Small apartment but everything you need is there. Beach is clise inly a lot of steps to be taken as lift wasnt working, but this suited us 😆 Location is perfect !!!! Bus stop 2 mins from apartment.

Exactly as advertised! Really clean, very friendly hosts and (if you’re moderately fit) everything on walking distance (Monaco, Cap d’Ail village center & beaches)
A wonderful discovery. This is a quirky one-bedroom apartment luxuriously appointed with thoughtful amenities and a welcoming and friendly hosts who live in the villa above.
Joan welcomed us warmly, and oriented us well. The apartment is well provisioned and is a convenient place to stay to see Cap d’Ail, Cap Ferrat (including the Ephrussi Villa) and Monaco. We walked to Monaco and back easily along the Sentier Littoral.
It was my second time in this hotel, I got a smaller room compared to previous time, bu still comfortable and clean. A bjt small but well organized. Perfect for a short stay of you want to visit the village beaches and surroundings.
Charming small French hotel. Located just off the main road in the centre of the village with easy access to Monte Carlo. Small but cosy room. Friendly owner and staff. Nice veranda looking out to the sea. Good for evening drinks!
the size of the room and the conditions were far above the expectations. Also, the service was exceptional, like staying into a very nice family’s villa, a very cosy feeling. The breakfast was very tasty and the cappuccino was far better than most I have had in France
The villa and the exterior facility was just fantastic. The room was also very nice but we were given 1 bedroom apartment among 5 and there was hidden bed and an extra bed in living room so during the dini ng the bed couldn't be used. Beach down the slope. Good exercise. My company loved cap d'Ail and the villa. Best time of our trip was there, near from the sea.
