We loved our stay at the Gîte dès Allas, Christine and Olivier are the perfect hosts and were full of great advice on local restaurants and sightseeing. The gîte itself was perfect for us travelling with our one year old, we really enjoyed sitting on the terrace stargazing. Lovely quite hamlet with great access to the local attractions. Highly recommend!

Having stayed in many rental properties in France over the past 40 plus years, La Tuilerie Grange tops them all! It is in a beautiful rural location just outside Le Bugue - the grounds are beautifully maintained & spacious. It is a wonderful place just to chill out & relax as well as being close to the main tourist attractions in the area. The property itself has everything you would want or need for self catering & was spotlessly clean as well as being tastefully furnished & comfortable. There is a private terrace for the sole use of this property’s guests - complete with sunloungers, chairs, picnic table, parasols & BBQ etc. There is also a super shared pool ( with only 1 other couple ). There is also a comfortable seating area immediately outside the front door. The owners were absolutely delightful- very welcoming & made us feel very much at home. It was good to have them on site in case of problems ( but there weren’t any!) but were also very discreet & unobtrusive. The only thing left to say is that we would definitely return to this property when we have the opportunity to visit this region again - in the not too distant future hopefully!

We had an extremely pleasant stay at "Le petit chateau". The ambience of the house, the garden and the pools is beautiful and the owners very charming and helpful. The furnishings of the house are of high quality and perfect and we missed nothing. We were able to relax very well and at the same time had a very good starting point for sightseeing in the Perigord. A great holiday! We would like to come back with friends. Maurice is an absolutely delightful host with a great personality. He can tell you some terrific stories and the breakfast he makes is really great. He didn't speak any English but always has google translate handy to help with anything that we needed. Unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to accept his invitation to share a drink with him during our short stay but the warm welcome was very much appreciated. All aspects of the Villa seemed to be very well thought-out with numerous subtle accents which add up to an overall meticulous and welcoming experience. We appreciated the small guide lights which helped when my partner and I were returning late in the night and air conditioning was a huge save during the summer when we stayed. His place is kept very clean and tidy with generally pleasing decoration (the room we stayed in was "pink" themed).

From start to finish, it was very easy to deal with Le Bournat. Check in was very easy and all staff extremely helpful & kind. We would definitely go back there as the accommodation was absolutely fine for our needs.
