The location was perfect for our purpose to visit the WWII beaches of Normandy and visit some museums and the American cemetery and memorial. Stefan and his wife, Marie were very cordial and welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful, with locally obtained fruits; peaches, apples, oranges and more. We were able to have fresh local eggs cooked to order as well as homemade apple juice, yogurt and jams. The jams for the croissants and crusty breads were amazing. We purchased two to bring back with us. Our king size bed was more comfortable than what we have at home and everything was clean and provided with a great deal of thought for decor and quality. Such a lovely place to return to after a long day of touring the area.

Such a lovely and thoughtfully decorated home. Close to beaches, Caen, and Bayeux with small village charm. Breakfast was exceptional. Very friendly cat :)
Our host was welcoming and very helpful. The property is a charming, characterful 18th century townhouse located in a pretty little village within minutes of Caen and Bayeux. Our accommodation was spotlessly-clean, spacious and well-appointed - with everything we could possibly need to make our stay enjoyable as well as comfortable. We loved the delicious home-made jams at breakfast!
We loved everything about our stay the accommodation is outstanding, the host Philippe was charming, helpful and informative and provided us with a delicious breakfast with homemade and local food. The property is in a lovely village.
