The owners of the property were incredibly helpful and very warm and welcoming. This made a big difference and we really appreciated their thoughtfulness. The little apartment was perfect for a short break/stop over with quick access to the Velo Verte for cycling along. We had bikes and were able to explore lots of interesting places. We had a great stay with Brigitte at La Maison d'Aubbees. She was warm, welcoming and very caring. For example: she gave us lovely breakfasts, with fresh fruit salad and lovely French cakes. My partner is vegan, and he ate very well too. Brigitte gave us the best tips on where to go for walks and where to eat. She even drew us a little map to show us how to get to a lovely bistro. I slept live a baby in the bed. Fantastic garden as well!
