This is not your average B and B. The hosts, Fabrice and Thierry, offer something very special for their guests. This is the most exquisite experience. They welcome you into their home and ensure your needs are met. Everything is elegant, including the decor, crystalware and Limoge china set for breakfast! They also have the lovable Ludwig (their playful dog) who is an extra treat for those travelling far & missing their own pets at home. Fabrice is an amazing cook. The smells coming from his kitchen are lovely. Our great regret was that we booked to stay on the 2 nights (see the listing online) he does not offer dinner for guests. And that we did not stay longer. This is a great spot to stop and enjoy being spoilt. Fabrice also had great tips for which places are worth visiting if you need guidance. Bléré is a short distance from Amboise & many Chateaus of course. I highly recommend treating yourself to a stay here. Do not limit it to 1 night, definitely worth staying 3.

Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the house was super quiet. I slept deeply through the night. My host was very kind and we communicated in Italian. The breakfast was delicious, especially the strawberry jam. That's saying a lot because I'm not a big jam fan.

Le Vaugering was excellent. Everything is well thought out and exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Well equipped for our two couples. It would also be great for couples with children. We really couldn't use the outside space since it was raining. The fresh eggs in the morning were awesome.

I had a wonderful stay here - the property is absolutely beautiful and my room was immaculate and elegant. The garden and pond are a fantastic place to sit and read and enjoy the sun. Breakfast was always fresh and ready for the time you wanted it. Lei and Fabien were extremely welcoming and we had a fantastic table d'hote dinner together. They were even kind enough to drop me off at the train station on my way home. Couldn't recommend it more!
